We are building a Mentor Text Library for each of the 10 classrooms at the Clara Barton School in Philadelphia. Clara Barton is a K-2 Elementry School in the Philadelphia School District. 

 

Mentor Texts are used during Readers Workshop and Writers Workshop programs on every reading level. Each classroom will use the collection for years to come, and each book will have a bookplate installed stating it was donated in Corinne Coughenour's name.

 

Please visit our Amazon Wish List to contribute to this effort. When you purchase a book, it will be automatically shipped to our receiving location and a bookplate will be installed. We will announce the results of the drive at the our 20th Agnes Irwin Scool Reunion.
